Project Description
Alteration and addition to the rear yard of an existing three-story single family residence with an amazing view toward the Sunset Blvd. The final design increases the enjoyment of the home by creating a nice flow between indoor-outdoor spaces and by achieving a seamless transition. The scope of work includes a substantial expansion of the existing patio toward the hill with the construction of a retaining wall, the design of an infinity edge pool with a sitting area around a fire-pit, outdoor dining area with adjacent BBQ area.
