Colorado-based Century Communities said Thursday it is inviting the public and real estate brokers for a “first look” at three new home communities—Alderidge, Jasper Court and Leawood Heights—in Lynnwood, Washington, outside Seattle.
New home shoppers and brokers will preview four new floor plans currently under construction and 34 new homes located 16 miles north of Seattle in what is considered the gateway to the North Puget Sound.

Seven of the homes are already under construction so new homeowners will start moving in before the end of the year. Home buyers will enjoy living in this quiet nook of two cul-de-sacs on wooded lots.
