After several years of dealing with a failing EIFS system, Group Health hired Wiss Janney Elstner Associates (WJE) to solve their cladding issues. WJE selected the innovative Fiber Cement Rain Screen Siding System by KMEW, CERACLAD.
The CERACLAD system installs with its proprietary clip system to provide a 15mm ventilated cavity behind the panels. The cavity reduces thermal transfer and promotes drying to the exterior.
This selection provided the contemporary look Group Health desired while also delivering the exceptional performance of a low maintenance, long-lasting color finish achieved with the factory applied “Ceramic” coating, only available with CERALCAD.
