Multifamily design can feel boring or uninspired. Not this one. Here’s a new quadplex design with an efficient layout that still gives homebuyers private parking.

On the exterior, each unit gets a varied look that harmonizes with the whole. Drive-under garages suit this design for a lot that slopes to the front.

Up a level, the layout feels relaxed and open. A dining zone sits within eyesight of the kitchen, yet feels separate enough to create a sense of occasion.
