No. 63 on the Builder 100 list, View Homes has announced the appointment of Natasha Gandhi as CEO.

With more than two decades of home building and executive leadership experience, Gandhi served most recently as regional president of the mountain region at Richmond American Homes, where she oversaw strategic direction and operational performance across Colorado and Utah.

“I am truly honored to join View Homes as CEO and to build upon the exceptional foundation that View Homes has established,” says Gandhi. “This is a company with a clear opportunity in the market, and I look forward to working alongside the broader View Homes team and Hunt Cos. to accelerate growth, deepen the company’s operational excellence, and deliver outstanding homes and experiences to our customers.”

Hunt Cos., View Homes’ parent company, say that the appointment is a key element of its broader growth strategy. “Natasha’s appointment as CEO of View Homes is a pivotal step in executing our long-term strategy for the business,” says Ryan McCrory, president of Hunt Cos. ” We are confident that under her direction, View Homes will continue to strengthen its market position and deliver meaningful value to View Homes’ customers, communities, and stakeholders.”

On April 1, Gandhi will assume the role from Randy O’Leary, the company’s founder and outgoing CEO, who will transition into an advisory capacity for View Homes.

“After leading View Homes for the last 35 years, I am excited to hand over leadership of the company to Natasha. Natasha’s experience and enthusiasm for the opportunity will serve the company well in this exciting new chapter,” adds O’Leary. “I am proud of what we have built, and I could not be more optimistic about the future of this company under her leadership.”

Prior to her time at Richmond American, Gandhi served as vice president of sales and marketing at Century Communities within the Colorado division. She started her home building career at Pulte/Del Webb Homes after obtaining an MBA and a master’s in real estate and construction management from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business, as well as a bachelor’s in architecture from Pune University in India.
