Fischer Homes, Erlanger, Ky. is expanding in the Louisville market, where it purchased of the majority of the land assets of Dogwood Homes in October. The company has acquired two new communities, The Estates at Floyds Fork, which will feature 30 Masterpiece homes, and the Meadows at Floyds Fork , which will contain 37 homes from the builder’s Designer Collection of homes.
These communities are located adjacent to Lake Forest, one of Louisville’s most sought-after neighborhoods.
Home owners will enjoy optional membership at the Lake Forest Country Club- including the clubhouse, restaurant, swimming pools, tennis courts, and also the option to enjoy the award-winning 18-hole Arnold Palmer designed golf course. Both of these Floyds Fork communities are located in Jefferson County Public School District – Stopher Elementary, Crosby Middle School, and Eastern High School.
Construction will soon begin on the Paxton model home from Fischer Homes, a top-selling plan known for its 5-level design. The Paxton has previously been the Centerpiece Home at the Indianapolis Home Show and has won multiple awards at the Columbus, Ohio BIA Parade of Homes.
Both communities offer a variety of stylized exteriors and floorplans to choose from, including 3-car garage options, 5-level plans, master down and ranch designs. With thousands of design possibilities to explore, customers can find inspiration and one-on-one consultation at the Fischer Homes Lifestyle Design Center.
Said Richard Miles, market president for the new Fischer Homes Division in Louisville, “This location is an ideal fit – just 20 minutes from downtown. The distinctive designs of Fischer Homes are something new to our region, and something customers in the area are already responding to. We are excited to hit the ground running in 2018.”
