Shea Homes’ Trilogy active-adult brand has produced a new sales video with a twist. Sure, it shows happy baby boomers doing what baby boomers are wont to do these days. The hook is that everyone who appears in the video is a Trilogy homeowner. “We spend a lot of time talking with our homeowners and are continually awestruck by the personal satisfaction and deeper happiness they report experiencing once they’ve moved into one of our communities,” said Jeff McQueen, president of Trilogy by Shea Homes. “There is really no other way to show people the immense transformation living at one our communities can have than to have our actual homeowners share real life moments. It’s easy to state why we design our 55+ communities and ones that have all-ages components the way we do, but far more effective for people to see our residents live their stories firsthand.”Here it is:
