Dan Ryan Builders to Unveil New Model March 5

The Malbec model joins three others at Clayton, North Carolina community.

Dan Ryan Builders, the North Carolina Triangle’s third-largest home builder, will be previewing a new single-family model, the Malbec, part of the company’s new “Wine Series,” in Ross Landing at Flowers Plantation in Clayton, N.C. on March 5.

“We are excited to present these new home designs to prospective new home buyers in the Triangle,” said Dan Ryan Builders – Raleigh Division president Jay Lewis. “These extremely functional and affordable homes will be a great fit with our other offerings in Ross Landing and Flowers Plantation.”

The Dan Ryan Builders Wine Series lineup features four floor plans: Cabernet, Bordeaux, Malbec, Merlot. Homes in the series will start in the low $200s, feature 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a two-car car garage and range from 1,577 to 1,999 square feet.

The March 5 event will be held at 95 Wethergate Drive in Clayton.

In total, Ross Landing – located adjacent to River Dell Elementary School – has 78 single-family home sites. Additionally, the popular Litchfield townhomes are under construction in Ross Landing. Owners have the option to join Flowers Plantations’ amenities.
