Caliber – The Wealth Development Company has announced Aspen View Homes and Bridgewater Homes as the first new home builders to enter its 165-acre mixed-use development in Johnstown, Colorado.
Dubbed The Ridge, this is the largest project in Colorado for the Arizona-based real estate investment, development and management firm. Combined, the builders will take down 208 lots with homes ranging from 1,460 to 3,800 square feet, and pricing starting in the high $300s.
“Caliber is committed to building a dynamic community in Johnstown that will help meet both the residential and commercial real estate needs of the area,” said Roy Bade, Caliber executive vice president and fund manager. “Joining forces with well-respected partners is crucial to executing our vision for this development and we couldn’t be happier to have Aspen View and Bridgewater Homes onboard.”
One of the top new home builders in the country, Aspen View Homes is known for its energy-saving construction and contemporary design features. Bridgewater Homes was named the 2017 Builder of the Year by the Home Builders Association of Northern Colorado and prides itself on delivering quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. Both builders are expected to break ground in Fall 2019.
Located at the intersection of I-25 and Freedom Parkway (Hwy Road 402), the development will include single family and multi-family housing, retail and industrial space. With planned neighborhoods and several community parks, The Ridge has been deliberately designed to reflect the close-knit community feel of Johnstown while addressing the area’s growing need for housing and commercial services.
“We are committed to being a valuable and stable part of this community,” said Chris Loeffler, Caliber CEO and co-founder. “We will continue to work closely with city officials and the chamber of commerce to create a thriving community in what was previously an undeveloped area of Johnstown.”
