Fischer Homes is adding to its roster of decorated model homes in the Columbus market. Its newest community, Sweetwater, located in Lockbourne, Ohio, will soon showcase the Yosemite Western Craftsman model.
Sweetwater is a $13 million development consisting of 50 single-family homesites. 14 home designs, including the Yosemite, are available to build in Sweetwater priced from the $180s to the $300s. This community is conveniently located off Rathmell Road and in the Columbus City School District.
The Yosemite Western Craftsman model includes 2,278 square feet of living space and features four spacious bedrooms, two and a half baths, and a private owner’s suite.

Fischer Homes will be hosting a grand opening event for the new model home on Saturday, October 12, and Sunday, October 13, from noon to 4 p.m. The Sweetwater model home is located at 441 Saul Street, Columbus.
Fischer Homes has 21 communities in the Columbus metro area with new homes ranging in price from the $180,000s to the $800,000s+.
