B-Austin is an urban Austin, 14-unit vertical community that introduces handprint sustainability—energy-efficient building materials, water recycling/harvesting, renewable energy generation, recycling/compost valet services—and community commitment and connectivity in gardening, fitness, and net-carbon positive living.

B-Austin opened for leasing in late 2017, and won Austin Green Awards honors in 2018.
