Landsea Homes Acquires 178 Homesites in Two Ariz. Communities

Plans 92 single-family homes at Vidrio at Estrella and 86 duplexes at Victory at Verrado.

Landsea Homes announced that it has acquired a total of 178 home sites at two Arizona master planned communities: Estrella in Goodyear, Arizona and Verrado in Buckeye, Arizona.

The Vidrio at Estrella neighborhood will offer 92 single-story homes, which will range from 1,900 to 2,300 square feet in size with three to four bedrooms. The community’s amenities include a 50-mile path and trail system, as well as parks, courts, playgrounds, and a golf course.

Victory at Verrado will offer 86 duplex lots geared toward 55+ buyers, with units ranging from 1,200 to 1,300 square feet in size. Each plan includes two bedrooms with dens.
