The New Home Company has been recognized as one of the 2016 Best Places To Work in Orange County, an awards program presented by the Orange County Business Journal and Best Companies Group.
The county-wide survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in Orange County, benefiting the county’s economy, its workforce, and businesses.
“We strive to create an environment where our team members can do the best work of their lives,” CEO H. Lawrence Webb said in a press release. “So to be recognized again as one of the Best Places to Work is a validation of that commitment as we continue our strategic growth.”
New Home recently named the second-fastest growing public home builder in the United States and the most active luxury home builder in Orange County. It has earned multiple Best Places to Work honors since the company was formed in 2009.
