Quite a few (four, to be exact) awards in the AIA Portland (Oregon) design awards competition this year went to Bill Neburka and Carrie Strickland Schilling, AIA, of Works Partnership Architecture. I did a story on a project by the Portland-based firm last year–it’s a very talented and creative group.
