KB Home (NYSE: KBH) Friday announced the grand opening of Vineyard Square II, a townhome community located in the town of Windermere in one of Central Florida’s most desirable locations, convenient to Orlando’s popular regional attractions, premier shopping and dining, and major transportation routes.
Priced from the mid-$200,000s, the two-story floor plans available at Vineyard Square II can feature up to 2,113 square feet, four bedrooms, and two-and-a-half baths and can be personalized by selecting the floor plan and many interior finishes that best fit lifestyle and budget. Like all KB homes, those offered at Vineyard Square II will be built to ENERGY STAR® guidelines and include WaterSense® labeled faucets and fixtures.
Vineyard Square II offers easy access to SR-429, SR-535 and US-192 and area employers, including Walt Disney World®, Orange County National Golf Center and Lodge, and Universal Orlando® Resort.
