CalAtlantic Homes (NYSE:CAA) on Friday announced the grand opening of Bridger Pines, a new community that combines new home designs near the serene Flat Fork Creek Park in Fishers, Ind. on Saturday, July 8.
The new community features 11 open-concept home designs. Floor plans range from 2,263 to 3,401 square feet, with three to five bedrooms and two to three baths. These spacious ranch and two-story homes flow easily from generous living areas into spacious kitchens with large center islands. Each home also includes a large owner’s suite with a spa-inspired bath.
Residents will have the choice of Traditional Americana, Craftsman or Tudor exterior styles, creating an idyllic streetscape. Pricing at Bridger Pines begins in the mid $200,000s, providing home shoppers with an attainable price point for the greater Fishers market.
