The distinctive exterior is brick and concrete with large windows and a massive yellow V-shaped structure that supports the roof terrace. The distinguishing symbol gets quite a bit of attention from passersby. “It acts as a billboard and creates a unique identity from the expressway,” says Tom Brink of RTKL Associates. “Thousands of people see it every day.”
All of the units are two-story mezzanine residences with 19-foot ceilings, and the penthouse level has four single-level units with 12-foot ceilings. The interiors feature concrete ceilings, sealed concrete floors, and exposed steel bar joist structures.
