Terrata Homes, an LGI Homes brand, is expanding into the Austin market with the opening of its newest community, Spicewood Trails, in Spicewood, Texas.
The community will offer five newly designed floor plans, ranging from 2,643 to 3,976 square feet in size. Each one features up to four bedrooms and four baths, and include centrally located family rooms, private master suites with walk-in closets, game rooms, media rooms, private offices and flex spaces, and covered outdoor living spaces with outdoor kitchens.
The kitchens offer stainless-steel KitchenAid appliances, quartz countertops, and 42-inch upper cabinets with crown molding. Each home is located on 1-acre lots and includes a finished two- or three-car garage.
Spicewood Trails’ amenities include a dog park, a rustic-themed playground, a fire pit, a large trail system, and an event space at The Barn at Spicewood Trails. Prices will start in the mid-$700,000s.
