LGI Homes announced the grand opening of Morningstar Ranch, the builder’s second community in the Bakersfield, California, market. New homes in the community are priced from the $380,000s with quick move-in opportunities available.

Each home at Morningstar Ranch will come with the designer features and interior upgrades found in LGI Homes’ CompleteHome package, including a suite of stainless steel Whirlpool kitchen appliances, granite countertops, wood cabinetry with crown molding, and luxury vinyl-plank flooring. The homes feature energy-efficient features, such as Energy Star lighting, double-pane low-E vinyl windows, a programmable thermostat, and solar panels.
The Morningstar Ranch community is located 10 minutes from downtown Bakersfield, several local parks, Kern River, and Lake Ming.
