That’s what the U.S. Supreme Court will decide next term, when it hears Meyer vs. Holley, a California case pitting an interracial couple against the executive of a realty firm, whose agent allegedly refused to sell them a new home. The builder, Brooks Bauer, is also involved; he joined the suit on the couple’s side after discovering the reported discrimination.
