Taylor Morrison, Scottsdale (NYSE:TMH) said Thursday it is opening the doors to its move-in ready homes this month and encouraging home buyers to explore their new home possibilities with its “National Open House” promotion.
Now through Oct. 1, Taylor Morrison is offering move-in ready homes with special incentives in select communities throughout the nation. Visitors to these communities can enjoy light refreshments and register for a chance to win $5,000.
Currently, Taylor Morrison builds in Arizona, California, Colorado, Illinois, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas.
“This is an opportunity for our customers to find the home of their dreams, save money with our special incentives and be in their new home for the holidays,” said Graham Hughes, chief customer officer for Taylor Morrison. “Our National Open House event puts the focus on finding the best possible home without waiting for it to be built.”
