Horsham, Pa.-based Toll Brothers is trying to get a head start on the competition in 2017 with a National Sales Event running from February 4 to Presidents’ Day on February 20.
The 16-day limited offer incentivizes home buyers to place a down payment on a Toll Brothers’ home during this period by reducing prices on options to customize their homes and offering the advantage of historically low interest rates. The offers will vary across communities and price points around the country. Representatives from TBI Mortgage Company will also be present throughout the communities to offer free mortgage guidance.
Toll Brothers is currently building in 20 states across the nation, including luxury residential attached and detached single-family homes, master planned communities, active adult lifestyle, and resort-style golf communities.
