HLS 2016: Collaboration

Getting people on the same page is tough, but beneficial for builders.

Last year, Pulte organized a unique and ambitious project that brought together dozens of manufactures to compete its Kitchen Throwdown competition. Those manufacturers were broken into teams, each with the task of designing a kitchen for a specific demographic. Find out here what Pulte learned from the project and the best ways to spark collaboration on and off the job site.

Below, hear Diahann Young, director of innovation and new product development for Pulte, discuss bringing people together to innovate in the workplace.
