Today, BUILDER breaks down the BUILDER 100/Next 100 lists to determine the fastest-growing private firms among all 200. The top three builders according to percentage of growth in closings are Greensboro, N.C.-based Wade Jurney Homes, Tempe, Ariz.-based Fulton Homes, and Trumark Homes, headquartered in Newport Beach, Calif. The chart below shows the explosive growth that has defined these firms over the past two years.
