The Builder 100/Next 100 is the housing industry’s premier list of the largest U.S. home builders. The list is compiled from data collected by BUILDER via a direct survey of the nation’s builders. It includes both private and public builders—along with information on where and what they build—and ranks them by annual closings.
The Builder 100/Next 100 builders will receive coverage in our second quarter 2026 issue, our newsletters, and online. The Local Leaders list, which ranks the top 10 builders in each of the country’s 50 largest new-home markets, will be released in the third quarter.
