NVR Inc., Reston, Va. (NYSE:NVR) on Tuesday disclosed in an 8K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that William J. Inman has announced his intention to step down from president of NVR’s mortgage banking operations after a period of transition.
Succeeding Inman will be Robert A. Goethe, 55, who most recent was a senior principal of Mortgage Connect Corp., a start up technology company specializing in innovative loan origination systems. Previously, he has served as senior exec VP of Regions Financial Corp., where he was responsible for all mortgage related operations. He also previously was president and CEO of Citizens Mortgage Crop, a subsidiary of Citizens Financial Group and has served as a member of the board of governors of the Mortgage Bankers Assn, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac advisory boards and is a past president of the MBA of Alabama.
