CHDA 2007: Outdoor Spaces

The CUSTOM HOME Design Awards honors excellence in residential design, and this year we extended the honors to the outside of the house. A new category in the competition, Outdoor Spaces, includes all manner of outdoor living areas. Two projects rose above the rest for our independent panel of judges—Jim Gibson, Gibson Builders, Washington, D.C.; Dale Mulfinger, FAIA, SALA Architects, Minneapolis; Bruce Norelius, AIA, Elliott Elliott Norelius, Blue Hill, Maine; and Page Repp, Repp Construction, Tucson, Ariz.
