TWO Resi Build (TWO Resi), a wholly owned subsidiary of TWO Capital, is a licensed General Contractor dedicated solely to executing TWO Capital owned projects. TWO Resi is led by a seasoned crossdisciplinary team including Operations, Field, and Reconstruction with experience at some of the largest national Home Builders (Pulte, Centex, and Century), General Contractors (JE Dunn, Hardin/DPR), and Multifamily Development (Mill Creek, Related).
