Homes at Sterling Ranch range from 1,986 to 3,251 square feet, with two to six bedrooms and two to five baths. With 16 floor plans to choose from, Sterling Ranch appeals to a wide range of individuals looking for high technology balanced within open-concept home designs that make the most of time with family and friends. Residents will have the choice of Colorado-inspired Modern, Foothills or Ranch exterior elevations. Pricing begins in the mid $500,000s.
