KB Home (NYSE: KBH) on Tuesday announced the grand opening of Copperleaf, its newest community in Mandarin, near Jacksonville, Fla.. Located off U.S. Route 1/Phillips Highway, Copperleaf offers easy access to Interstates 95 and 295 and a convenient commute to downtown Jacksonville.
KB is offering nine different floor plans that range in size from 1,494 to 3,052 square feet at a starting price in the low $200,000 range. The homes can include up to six bedrooms, four baths, and design features such as spacious great rooms, walk-in closets, patios, and flex spaces. Among the floor plans offered at Copperleaf will be a single-story home that is 1,832 square feet and one of KB Home’s most popular designs in the Jacksonville market. KB Home will also debut its newest floor plan, a two-story home that offers 2,554 square feet of living space with four bedrooms and a den.
Residents at Copperleaf can enjoy its proximity to several major retail centers and regional attractions. The Avenues and Shoppes at Bartram Park and Nocatee Town Center are just minutes away. Nearby Davis Park features sport courts and fields, recreational sport leagues, four stocked fishing ponds, play equipment, and two dog parks. KB will host a grand opening celebration on Saturday, February 25th and Sunday, February 26th from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
