KB Home, Los Angeles (NYSE:KBH) is opening two new communities in Jacksonville this weekend.
The first is Heron Isles, located off State Road 200 and offering easy access to Interstate 95.
Heron Isles is just minutes from Fernandina Beach and within a short drive to Fort Clinch State Park, where residents can enjoy a variety of recreational activities including fishing, swimming and camping. The community is located within the highly Yulee school district and residents will enjoy the community’s proximity to a variety of shopping and dining establishments along State Road 200.
KB Home offers a choice of seven one- and two-story floor plans at Heron Isles, ranging in size from 1,541 to 2,554 square feet, with up to five bedrooms and three baths. The community will feature cul-de-sac home sites. Pricing begins at $174,990.
KB Home will host a grand opening event for Heron Isles on Saturday, May 13th from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 97476 Albatross Drive.
The other community is Avery Park, which offers easy access to Interstate 95 for a short commute to area employment centers, including downtown Jacksonville.
Avery Park is also within minutes of River City Marketplace, which offers a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment destinations. Nearby William F. Sheffield Regional Park offers a wide mix of recreational activities, including a children’s playground, walking trails, and sports fields.
The KB homes at Avery Park feature eight one- and two-story floor plans ranging from 1,494 to 2,716 square-feet, with up to five bedrooms and three baths. The community offers cul-de-sac home sites. Pricing begins at $174,990.
The grand opening at Avery Park will take place on Saturday, May 13th from noon to 3 p.m. at 1282 Staratt Road in Jacksonville.
