KB Home (NYSE: KBH) on Wednesday announced that Platinum at Communications Hill, a hilltop community located in the heart of Silicon Valley, is sold out of the 27 single-family homes being built in one of the area’s most popular housing developments.
Four model homes at the community have now been released for sale. The three-story homes range in size from 2,256 to 2,761 square feet, accommodate up to four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, and are priced starting in the mid-$1 millions.
Platinum is just the latest KB Home development in the Communications Hill master plan. Situated just a few miles south of San Jose, the community offers convenient city living close to shopping, dining, nightlife and cultural attractions, as well as to the area’s major Silicon Valley employers, Interstates 880 and 680 and U.S. Highway 101.
Homes at two other KB Home communities at Communications Hill are currently available. Single-family detached homes at Promenade at Communications Hill range in size from 2,148 to 2,178 square feet, with up to five bedrooms and four baths, and start in the low-$900,000s. In addition, four unique floor plans at Metro at Communications Hill range in size from 1,668 to 2,002 square feet, with up to four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, and are priced from the mid-$700,000s.
