Taylor Morrison is making its Dallas debut this month with a pair of new- home communities, including Waterford Point at The Tribute and its latest at Auburn Hills in McKinney.

Willowcreek at Auburn Hills will offer Dallas home buyers a gated community experience with plenty of homes to choose from in the two collections opening in late February. Each collection of homes to be offered at Willowcreek will focus on delivering the home-building experience Taylor Morrison has cultivated in its award-winning communities across the country.

Home buyers can expect to find the type of architectural touches that help any buyer personalize the home buying experience, said Dennis Ouellette, vice president of Operations for Taylor Morrison’s Dallas division.

“We feel we’ve developed two collections of homes that home buyers will be able to see themselves building a life in,” Ouellette said. “To us, that’s the ultimate goal – delivering a house that becomes a home through the inspiration of its owners.”

Homes at Willowcreek will include single- and two-story designs and will range from approximately 2,100 to 4,000 square feet. Two models, the 3,094-square-foot, two-story Knox and the two-story Kramer, which offers more than 4,000 square feet of living space, will be available for home buyers to tour. In all, 13 different floor plans will be offered.

Residents at Willowcreek will have access to their own private amenites behind the gates. The planned amenities include nature paths, an outdoor grill area, social pool, junior Olympic lap pool, shade arbors and a lawn area, perfect for family gatherings.

“We want Willowcreek to be the type of community that you can’t wait to come home to everyday,” Ouellette said.

Taylor Morrison is making its north Texas debut with a special opportunity to live in one of north Dallas’ most desirable communities – The Tribute Lakeside Golf and Resort in The Colony.

Waterford Point at The Tribute will feature four different collections of homes by Taylor Morrison, tucked in a community that will include its own planned clubhouse, access to Lake Lewisville and the opportunity to enjoy a round of golf at The Tribute’s two award-winning golf courses.

Four home collections with all single-story floor plans will be available on home sites that stretch up to 76-feet-wide at Waterford Point at The Tribute. Each collection of homes is tailored to meet the expectation of what Dallas home buyers have come to expect in a new, modern home.

“We’ve worked hard to develop a series of homes that we feel our customers will not only enjoy touring but will also enjoy living in,” said Dennis Ouellette, vice president of Operations for Taylor Morrison’s Dallas division. “These homes represent the best of what Taylor Morrison has to offer.”

The four collections of homes – Haven, Harbour, Maritime and Regatta – focus on delivering the home-building experience Taylor Morrison has cultivated in its award-winning communities across the country. Homes at Waterford Point will range from approximately 1,600 to 3,787 square feet and will offer features like courtyards, covered porches, media rooms, luxurious master suites, guest quarters that allow for privacy, ample outdoor living spaces and up to three-car garages.

“Each collection offers something special,” Ouellette said.

What each collection will have in common, according to Ouellette, will be the private access to an amenity center built specially for Waterford Point residents. The planned clubhouse will utilize the Wellbeats Virtual Training System and will feature a catering kitchen, yoga/aerobics room, outdoor Zen garden, infinity pool overlooking Lake Lewisville, multiple lakefront lounge areas, a lifestyle director and much more.

“We want Dallas home buyers to feel that Waterford Point at The Tribute is the community they’ve been looking for all their lives,” Ouellette said. “To us, this community is as much about fulfilling dreams as it is about making memories.”
