Beazer Homes on Thursday announced the groundbreaking on 69 acres of land in Nolensville, Tennessee, which will be home to its newest community, Lochridge. Located across the street from the completed Beazer community of Whittmore, this community includes 115 single-family homes and is slated to open for sales in January 2021.

Homes in Lochridge range in size from 1,507 – 3,253 sq. ft. and offer a variety of floor plans, including a set of new plans currently not available in the Nashville market. With the flexibility of Beazer’s Choice Plans, buyers can create their ideal living space by choosing room-specific layouts at no additional cost. Additionally, buyers can opt to personalize key design elements such as cabinets, flooring, countertops, and much more.

“The location of Lochridge is the perfect spot to get to work hubs in Nashville and Franklin,” said Geoff Hart, president of Beazer’s Nashville division. “The area surrounding the community is one of the fastest-growing neighborhoods and is ideal for families looking to be in the Williamson County school district. Coupled with Nashville’s strengthening real estate market, we anticipate a high level of interest when we open the sales center in January 2021.”

With the addition of this parcel to Beazer’s land portfolio, the company now has 10 communities in various stages of development across the Nashville metro area.
