Century Communities, Greenwood Village, Col. (NYSE:CCS said Thursday it has acquired 471 home sites tin wo communities in San Antonio and New Braunfels. It plans to build high-quality, entry level housing.
The communities include Millican Grove, where Century Communities is anticipating a late fall opening for 387 single family homes with prices starting in the $170,000s. Century Communities will be handling all aspects of this community from land development to home building. Homes will range in size from 1,200 to 2,400 square feet and include 3 to 5 bedrooms and 2 to 4 bathrooms. Millican Grove is located near Randolph Air Force Base and has easy access to Interstate 10.
The other community is Solms Preserve in New Braunfels. Solms Preseve will be delivering 84 single family homes with prices starting in the $170,000s. Like Millican Grove, homes will range in size from 1,200 to 2,400 square feet and include 3 to 5 bedrooms and 2 to 4 bathrooms. Solms Preserve offers home buyers plenty of walking trails and a playscape area for children. The community is also close to shopping, dining and entertainment options. Solms Preserve is anticipated to open late summer of 2018.
