Century Communities—No. 9 on the 2021 Builder 100—announced that its Century Communities brand has entered the Jacksonville, Florida, market with over 900 homesites in five new communities in locations including Fernandina Beach and the city’s Northside.

This marks the Century Communities namesake brand’s first division in Florida. The home builder’s Century Complete brand—known for its completely online and affordable home buying method—launched its operations in the Jacksonville and Panhandle markets last April, plus has operations throughout Central and South Florida.

“It’s a thrill for our Century Communities brand to break ground in the Jacksonville market,” says Susie Anderson, Jacksonville division president for Century Communities. “With a dynamic mix of floor plans that cater to all lifestyles and beautiful locations with access to the beach, downtown Jacksonville, and more, we’re making it easier than ever for buyers to find their dream home.”

Home buyers will be able to choose from a versatile mix of single-family homes, townhomes, and paired homes from the Century Communities brand, with the ability to purchase their home completely online or at a traditional on-site sales center.

The five communities include Terrapin Station, Pecan Park, Pecan Forest, and Le Sabre in Jacksonville and Concourse Crossing in Fernandina Beach.
