Gray Point Homes, a unit of Gehan Homes, broke ground on the community of Cardinal Crossing, a new 187 unit residential townhome community located in Pflugerville, Texas. It marked Gehan’s first entry into the townhome market.

The move to offer townhomes for the first time in the homebuilder’s 25-year history demonstrates their plan to diversify and add pricing segmentation across Texas and Arizona. “Cardinal Crossing is another example of Gehan Homes’ and Gray Point Homes’ ability to deliver new product to meet the consumers need for more affordable housing. The neighborhood is within a 15 minute drive to Dell, The Arboretum and the Domain. Well-appointed floor plans are available ranging from 1,700 SF to 2,100 SF. Pre-selling will begin in the next several weeks.
