D.R. Horton’s Southwest Florida division is now offering homes at Hammock Cove in Fort Myers, Fla. Horton expects Hammock Cove to feature 136 townhomes and an amenity center with a resort-style pool, pavilions and bath house.
Hammock Cove is located within the main gate of Gateway Greens, a community off Daniels Parkway, just east of I-75. Golf course, preserve and lake views are currently available. The three distinctive home plans range from 1,588 to 1,954 square feet of living space with prices starting in the low-$200s.
The Sable model is open for touring by the public. Featuring a loft off the master suite, a walk-in closet in each bedroom and a two-car garage, this three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath home is designed to maximize flexibility and storage. An open kitchen adjoins a great room, which flows to the lanai and a dining area.
