KB Home has announced the grand opening of Centerpointe, a collection of 117 three-story homes situated in the Los Angeles County City of Downey.
KB says Centerpointe is convenient to several freeways and is within walking distance of the shopping and dining options in the city’s recently revitalized downtown area.
A unique Gateway City in the heart of Southern California, Downey is distinguished by its downtown district, centralized location, medical facilities, residential neighborhoods, and golf courses.
The three-story KB homes offered at Centerpointe range up to 2,124 square feet, and can include as many as four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths. Pricing begins in the low-$500,000s.
