Pulte’s Bald Mountain Named Development of the Year

Enclave of 338 home sites takes top honor from Southeastern Michigan HBA.

Bald Mountain by Pulte Homes (NYSE:PHM) in Orion Township was named 2017 Development of the Year by the Homebuilders Association of Southeastern Michigan.

During the Awards Ceremony last night, Brandon Jones, division president of PulteGroup in Michigan, accepted the award from the Homebuilders Association. He later said, “Bald Mountain is truly unique because of the diversity of products offered. The neighborhood promotes multi-generational living to create a strong sense of community.”

Bald Mountain opened in October 2016, and since then more than 125 families have purchased a new home here.

The Cottages offer a maintenance-free lifestyle and one-story living, ranging from 1,682-1,702 sq. ft. and 2-3 bedrooms. Additionally, the Signature and Estate series offer a wide selection of luxury home designs with impressive options, such as spacious owners’ suites, planning centers, large kitchens, and open floorplans that are perfect for entertaining.
