Upon completion later this year, the 28,000-square-foot clubhouse in the gated community of Park Central will encompass a ballroom, billiard room, resort-style pool, fitness center, exercise rooms, his and hers saunas, tennis courts, basketball court, a children’s water park, and playground. Its modern design fits in with Park Central’s home designs, which are inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright.
