AZEK Building Products is introducing a new line of professional adhesives, sealants, and accessories to complement its existing original cellular PVC cement. These solutions are engineered to bond and protect AZEK trim and molding, and ensure its fast and easy installation.
The Fast Cure solution is designed for core-to-core bonding, and cures within five to eight minutes. The Slow Cure solution is designed for surface bonding, assembling larger parts, and creating fills and blends. It cures within 20-25 minutes.
The Fill and Flex solution is made to seal gaps around windows and doors, as well as expansion/contraction joints in PVC trim boards. It is a one-part, urethane based sealant that is highly flexible and absorbent.
AZEK’s Fast and Slow Cure solutions are available in 50ML or 220ML dual-component bottles. The 50 ML bottle is available packaged alone or with a starter kit, which includes QUIKMIXER mixing tips and a caulking gun adaptor. Manual dispensing guns, nail hole filler, and plastic joining biscuits are also available. The Fill and Flex solution is available in a one-component application bottle. www.azek.com
