Workhorse Wok

Viking’s commercial-style wok, with its 27,500-BTU burner, was recently updated for outdoor use. The 24-inch-wide unit drops into a cabinet and is fitted with a push-button igniter for quick starting. It contains a two-piece removable burner grate made of porcelainized cast iron, while a center trivet converts it for use with large stockpots, perfect for crab boils and feeding a crowd. The wok also features a removable drip tray with roller-bearing glides; a childproof, easy-to-read temperature knob; and a stainless steel cover that shields the burner area when the wok is not in use.
