Trumark Homes will develop two new home communities within the River Islands master-planned community in Lathrop, California, one of the most successful master-planned communities in America. River Islands offers homeowners amenities such as parks, riverfront trails, significant recreational space, a collection of technology and STEAM-focused schools, and access to retail centers. Avalon and Avalon Point by Trumark Homes will offer the largest lots within River Islands and will feature 126 one and two-story homes.
