Project Description
CHG Healthcare Services’ approach and methodology is centered around “Putting People First” which became the conceptual driver behind the design of the new campus. The new headquarters features two five-story buildings connected by a two-story atrium. This vision has been achieved through a set of employee amenities that creates a work environment that is enjoyable, efficient, pleasant, and productive.
Employee-focused amenities include the heart of the campus, the “People Hub”, a central gathering space where coworkers can interact, meet clients, play games, or relax. Workers have access to a full-service kitchen and dining hall focused on fresh and healthy food. An on-campus wellness center is available for employees and family members, and a fitness gym and yoga center include locker rooms and individual showers. Connecting the two buildings at the second level is a bridge that overlooks the People Hub, enhancing the experience of a collaborative work environment.
