Project Description
A narrow lot, flood zones, and great views helped shape this design for an elevated home. Vernacular design elements such as large porches and wood shutters are mixed with low maintenance metal siding and roof top decks to blend a house that fits into the lowcountry vernacular; while firmly standing up for its individuality.
