Project Description
The apartment building is modular. Every module was individually designed, in a manner that they would harmoniously grow into each other, creating the unified sculptural space. The facade wall of each bedroom is leaning out, blocking the view from the residents’ balcony to the neighboring one, stressing the idea of privacy as a focal concept for the structure.
First 4 floors are elongated in the back and are assigned to garage. This was the fundamental idea, upon which the rest of the space was built.
