Project Description
An adaptive re-use and historic restoration of three existing school buildings, previously occupied by the former St. John’s School, was transformed into sixty-four sustainable residential apartments. The complex is pursuant of the US Green Building Council’s LEED Platinum rating. The project included significant exterior envelope upgrades, new construction from the foundation up, revamped interior layouts, new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, a reworked structural system, as well as a new master plan for the site.
