Blueprint Robotics

Blueprint Robotics takes a new approach to applying the precision offered by robotics to construct wall, floor, and roof elements in a panelized form. These custom-made panels include exterior sheathing, insulation, windows and exterior doors, and in-wall plumbing, electrical, and accommodations for HVAC, fire protection, and low-voltage systems. The panels are then shipped by truck to the jobsite, where Blueprint Robotics assembles them. Smalley’s company is helping pioneer the movement toward modular construction and prefabricated panels that is happening across the country.

CEO Jerome Smalley comes from a deep background in real estate development and the construction industry. Having experienced the inefficiencies of stick building firsthand, he believed there had to be a better way to build homes. With a desire to move his team to the forefront of modular home building and robotic techniques, he cofounded Blueprint Robotics.
