The system analyzes a property’s value using a tax parcel ID and then measures it against the sale price. CEO Ryan Williams launched the system in 2009, acquiring, renovating, and selling single-family homes throughout the United States while acquiring more than 1,500 multifamily units. That system forms the basis of his work at Cadre.

Prior to founding Cadre in 2014, Williams worked at the Blackstone Group in its real estate private equity division and Goldman Sachs in its technology, media, and telecom group.
